Every Premier League club’s highest earners: Man City stars lead; Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal best-paid players revealed

Kevin De Bruyne, Kai Havertz and Son Heung-min are all on lucrative contracts
The Premier League continues to grow in popularity and it is unsurprisingly home to some of the highest-paid players in the world.
Every Premier League club now receives hundreds of millions in television money and average pay packets have subsequently skyrocketed in recent years.
Not including any potential bonuses, we’ve taken a look at the top five highest-earning players from each Premier League club.
Note: An asterisk indicates that the player is spending the 2024/25 season on loan at the club.
Arsenal’s highest-paid players
1. Kai Havertz – £280,000-per-week
2. Gabriel Jesus – £265,000-per-week
3= Declan Rice – £240,000-per-week
3= Martin Odegaard – £240,000-per-week
5. Thomas Partey – £200,000-per-week
Havertz moved across London in the summer of 2023 and got a slight pay rise, going from £250,000-per-week at Chelsea to £280,000-per-week at Arsenal.
The Germany international could earn an additional £50,000-per-week in bonuses, while Odegaard’s wages reach £300,000-per-week with bonuses.

Aston Villa’s highest-paid players
1= Youri Tielemans – £150,000-per-week
1= Emiliano Martinez – £150,000-per-week
1= Boubacar Kamara – £150,000-per-week
4. Amadou Onana – £140,000-per-week
5. Ollie Watkins – £130,000-per-week
There is a three-way tie to be Villa’s highest earner as Tielemans, Martinez and Kamara are all earning £150,000-per-week.
Onana – who joined Villa from Everton in a £50million deal in the summer – follows closely behind with a £140,00-per-week contract.
Bournemouth’s highest-paid players
1. Evanilson – £85,000-per-week
2. Justin Kluivert – £80,000-per-week
3. Kepa Arrizabalaga – £75,000-per-week*
4. Ryan Christie – £70,000-per-week
5. Luis Sinisterra – £65,000-per-week
Bournemouth paid a club-record £40.2million to sign Evanilson from Porto in the summer and they are also paying the striker £85,000-per-week.
Kepa Arrizabalaga left Chelsea to join the Cherries on a season-long loan deal and both sides are covering half of his £150,000-per-week wages.
Brentford’s highest-paid players
1. Aaron Hickey – £70,000-per-week
2. Ben Mee – £55,000-per-week
3= Igor Thiago – £50,000-per-week
3= Mathias Jensen – £50,000-per-week
5. Bryan Mbeumo – £45,000-per-week
Brentford are widely regarded to be among the best-run and most financially sustainable clubs in England and it’s easy to see why.
The Bees have a tightly controlled wage bill and they are the only club in the Premier League that don’t pay a player more than £70,000-per-week.
Brighton’s highest-paid players
1. Ferdi Kadioglu – £87,500-per-week
2= Lewis Dunk – £80,000-per-week
2= Kaoru Mitoma – £80,000-per-week
4. Georginio Rutter – £75,000-per-week
5= Danny Welbeck – £60,000-per-week
5= James Milner – £60,000-per-week
5= Mats Wieffer – £60,000-per-week
Kadioglu joined Brighton & Hove Albion from Fenerbahce in the summer and got a pay rise, going from £47,000-per-week in Turkey to £87,500-per-week in England.
The Seagulls also paid a club-record £40million to sign Rutter from Leeds United and they are paying the striker £75,000-per-week.
Chelsea’s highest-paid players
1. Reece James – £250,000-per-week
3= Wesley Fofana – £200,000-per-week
3= Ben Chilwell – £200,000-per-week
4. Christopher Nkunku – £195,000-per-week
5. Enzo Fernandez – £180,000-per-week
Chilwell has been deemed surplus to requirements by Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca and they are looking to get his £200,000-per-week wages off the books.
Raheem Sterling was the highest-paid player at Stamford Bridge last season, but he’s spending 2024/25 on loan at Arsenal and both sides are covering half of his £325,000-per-week wages.

Crystal Palace’s highest-paid players
1. Daichi Kamada – £105,000-per-week
2= Eberechi Eze – £100,000-per-week
2= Dean Henderson – £100,000-per-week
4. Eddie Nketiah – £90,000-per-week
5= Jefferson Lerma – £70,000-per-week
5= Cheick Doucoure – £70,000-per-week
5= Ismaila Sarr – £70,000-per-week
While Palace didn’t have to pay a transfer fee for Kamada, they did make the Japan international the highest-paid player at Selhurst Park.
Nketiah left Arsenal to join Palace in the summer and took a slight pay cut, going from £100,000-per-week to £90,000-per-week.
Everton’s highest-paid players
1. Abdoulaye Doucoure – £130,000-per-week
2. Jordan Pickford – £125,000-per-week
3= Dominic Calvert-Lewin – £100,000-per-week
3= James Tarkowski – £100,000-per-week
5. Jack Harrison – £90,000-per-week
Doucoure and Calvert-Lewin are among the highest-paid players at Everton, although they both have less than a year left on their contracts.
Dele Alli’s £100,000-per-week contract expired at the end of the 2023/24 season, and he is currently trying to prove his fitness in order to earn a new contract with the Merseysiders.
Fulham’s highest-paid players
1. Bernd Leno – £130,000-per-week
2= Reiss Nelson – £100,000-per-week*
2= Raul Jimenez – £100,000-per-week
4. Joachim Andersen – £90,000-per-week
5. Alex Iwobi – £80,000-per-week
Leno’s £130,000-per-week wages make him the highest-paid player at Fulham and Jimenez’s wages can reach £120,000-per-week with bonuses.
Nelson left Arsenal to spend the 2024/25 season on loan at Craven Cottage and Fulham will cover all of his £100,000-per-week wages.
Ipswich Town’s highest-paid players
1. Kalvin Phillips – £150,000-per-week*
2. Axel Tuanzebe – £40,000-per-week
3. Jens Cajuste – £35,000-per-week*
4= Samy Morsy – £30,000-per-week
4= Ben Johnson – £30,000-per-week
Ipswich Town secured back-to-back promotions to reach the Premier League and they have the lowest wage bill in the top-flight in 2024/25.
But they are able to cover the full wages of Phillips and Cajuste, who are on loan from Manchester City and Napoli respectively.
Leicester City’s highest-paid players
1. Jamie Vardy – £140,000-per-week
2= Harry Winks – £90,000-per-week
2= Odsonne Edouard – £90,000-per-week*
4= Ricardo Pereira – £80,000-per-week
4= Boubakary Soumare – £80,000-per-week
Vardy has scored over 190 goals during his time at Leicester City and his £140,000-per-week wages make him the highest-paid player in the club’s history.
Edouard joined the Foxes from Crystal Palace on a season-long loan deal in the summer and they are covering all of his £90,000-per-week wages.
Liverpool’s highest-paid players
1. Mohamed Salah – £350,000-per-week
2. Virgil Van Dijk – £220,000-per-week
3. Trent Alexander-Arnold – £180,000-per-week
4. Andrew Robertson – £16,000-per-week
5= Alisson – £150,000-per-week
5= Ryan Gravenberch – £150,000-per-week
5= Alexis Mac Allister – £150,000-per-week
5= Federico Chiesa – £150,000-per-week
Salah has a base salary of £350,000-per-week and can also earn an additional £50,000-per-week, making him the highest-paid player in Liverpool’s history.
Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold make up the rest of the Liverpool top three, but the trio are all out of contract at the end of the 2024/25 season.

Manchester City’s highest-paid players
1. Kevin De Bruyne – £400,000-per-week
2. Erling Haaland – £375,000-per-week
3= Jack Grealish – £300,000-per-week
3= Bernardo Silva – £300,000-per-week
5. John Stones – £250,000-per-week
De Bruyne is the highest-paid player in the Premier League and earns £400,000-per-week, which equates to £20.8million-per-year.
He’s closely followed by teammate Haaland, who also has a series of bonuses in his contract that could see his weekly wage surge beyond the £850,000 mark.
Manchester United’s highest-paid players
1. Casemiro – £350,000-per-week
2= Marcus Rashford – £300,000-per-week
2= Bruno Fernandes – £300,000-per-week
4. Mason Mount – £250,000-per-week
5. Antony – £200,000-per-week
After their cross-city rivals, United have the second-highest wage bill in the Premier League in the 2024/25 season and a lot of their contracts include potential bonuses.
Casemiro can earn an additional £100,000-per-week, Rashford and Fernandes can earn an additional £75,000-per-week while Mount can make an additional £50,000-per-week.
Newcastle United’s highest-paid players
1. Bruno Guimaraes – £160,000-per-week
2= Joelinton – £150,000-per-week
2= Lloyd Kelly – £150,000-per-week
4= Alexander Isak – £120,000-per-week
4= Kieran Trippier – £120,000-per-week
4= Sandro Tonali – £120,000-per-week
Guimaraes is the highest-paid player at Newcastle and his contract includes clauses that could take his wage up to £200,000-per-week.
Tonali can earn an additional £35,000-per-week in bonuses and Kelly – who joined the club on a free transfer in the summer – has a £15,000-per-week clause.

Nottingham Forest’s highest-paid players
1. James Ward-Prowse – £115,000-per-week*
2. Nikola Milenkovic – £105,000-per-week
3= Callum Hudson-Odoi – £80,000-per-week
3= Morgan Gibbs-White – £80,000-per-week
3= Chris Wood – £80,000-per-week
Ward-Prowse joined Forest from West Ham United on a season-long loan deal and the club are covering all of his £115,000-per-week wages.
Milenkovic also arrived at the City Ground in the summer and he got a pay rise, going from £90,000-per-week at Fiorentina to £105,000-per-week at Forest.
Southampton’s highest-paid players
1. Aaron Ramsdale – £120,000-per-week
2= Joe Aribo – £70,000-per-week
2= Jan Bednarek – £70,000-per-week
4. Maxwel Cornet – £65,000-per-week*
5. Adam Armstrong – £60,000-per-week
Ramsdale joined Southampton in a £25million deal in the summer, and he is earning the same £120,000-per-week wage that he got at Arsenal.
The Saints also signed Cornet from West Ham United on a season-long loan deal and they are covering all of his £65,000-per-week wages.
Tottenham’s highest-paid players
1. Son Heung-min – £190,000-per-week
2. James Maddison – £170,000-per-week
3= Timo Werner – £165,000-per-week*
3= Cristian Romero – £165,000-per-week
5. Dejan Kulusevski – £110,000-per-week
Following Harry Kane’s move to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023, Son Heuing-min is now the highest-paid player at Tottenham.
Spurs will cover Werner’s £165,000-per-week wages once again in the 2024/25 season after they agreed to extend his loan deal from RB Leipzig.

West Ham United’s highest-paid players
1= Lucas Paqueta – £150,000-per-week
1= Jarrod Bowen – £150,000-per-week
3. Danny Ings – £125,000-per-week
4. Alphonse Areola – £120,000-per-week
5= Max Kilman – £100,000-per-week
5= Edson Alvarez – £100,000-per-week
West Ham broke their transfer record to sign Paqueta in 2022 and they also shelled out a significant pay packet, handing him a £150,000-per-week contract.
Bowen joined Paqueta as the joint highest-paid player at the Hammers when he signed a new seven-year contract in October 2023.
Wolves’ highest-paid players
1= Goncalo Guedes – £90,000-per-week
1= Pablo Sarabia – £90,000-per-week
3. Nelson Semedo – £80,000-per-week
4. Hee-chan Hwang – £70,000-per-week
5. Matheus Cunha – £60,000-per-week
Guedes spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Benfica and Villarreal but has now returned to Wolves and is earning £90,000-per-week.
Sarabia and Semedo are also among the highest-paid players at Wolves, although they both have less than a year left on their contracts.
